The shooting resulted in murder charges against Darius Miles, and Michael Davis who has also been charged with the death penalty for the shooting death of Jamea Jonae Harris.
According to Branden Culpepper of the Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit, Miles gave Davis the gun allegedly used to shoot and kill a 23-year-old mother, Jamea Jonea Harris.
